Other All description
This is a Rickman Matchless Metisse 500 built with a 1958 short stroke G80CS engine (stock rebuild) in one of the last MRD Metisse frames built on the original Rickman jigs by the late master craftsman Pat French (who passed away in 2007).
The bike is eligible and competitive in the AHRMA Premier 500 class and has been raced on one occasion. For the rest of the time the bike has sat on display and exhibited in a few shows. Features of note: NOS Cerianis forks with polished crowns, Curnutt rear shocks, rebuilt motor, rebuilt Lucas racing magneto, CNC billet mag platform, stainless rocker bolts and case screws, all new chains, sprockets, cables, brakes, h/bars, genuine Amal levers, tires (Michelins), Sun rims with rim pins (no security bolts needed), gold powder coated hubs, etc, etc... A really lovely Metisse, inspection welcomed, very hard to find, especially in this condition. Sold with Bill of sale only, I will assist with shipping if needed. Questions? 931 224 2523 |
