Pretty original Model 20. Cylinders are on standard bore. Easy to start. Rides good. Did a renovation, leaving original paint on parts except for on the oil tank, fuel tank, front of front fender, and rear fender (Paint doesn't stand up to gasoline so have to be really careful not to spill on the tank). Most of the motorcycle was taken apart for cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating. Mostly ridden around town, with one 30 mile ride, so about 200 miles total since getting it back on the road. It wet sumps, so if not ridden weekly I drain the crankcase before riding.
I've had the bike for two years. It was mostly together when I got it, but a proper reassembly was needed. The front fender had been bobbed. So from another bobbed AJS front fender cut off a 12" section, fabricated a lip, and welded it to the existing fender. Also made the front fender stay. Frame number: A1610 No reserve.
