Up for sale is my 79' 440 Maico. This bike has been modified for racing. Custom built 81' forks new bushings, seals, wipers new .45 springs, gold valve emulators 20 weight oil, polished tubes. 81' aluminum thor swingarm, custom built YSS rear shocks. Frame has had gussets added for strength, brackets added for 81' side pannels. Frame has been powder coated with RAL3020 color. Billet rear brake cover, billet chain guide & case saver. Maico only wide foot pegs. The motor was professionally rebuilt, new bearings seals, piston & ring, gaskets. The carb. has been rebuilt with all new internal parts. custom made air filter cage so filter does'nt use back plate to restrict air flow.High performance pipe & silencer. Gas tank is perfect, professionally painted. the bike has been started once. Look at the pictures it's a great bike.
