Norton manxman description

for sale I have a great project for restoration, this is a matching numbers bike, this Norton is very early on the first year of these machines, it was the 10th made in 1961, so very early, the motor has great compression, shifts through gears fine, but I have not tried to get it running, I didn't check to see if the magneto had spark but will in the next few days, I can say that the magneto was replaced at some point because the tag has a date of 1964, not 61, take a look at the pictures, some great parts some need some help, but as it site, excellent for restoration , the front fender has a good dent about two inches long by about an inch high, this at the rear part of the fender not on the front, chrome would need to be replated, the gauge is a magnetic that came with the bike, the front fork tubes would need to be replace the one that has the gauge on it has had the threads damaged so the fork tube nut wouldn't thread back into the tube, the fork tube nuts are great on their threads, but I would replace the tubes for show, the rear fender is I think from an electra, but it is longer on the inside so could be cut to fit in the correct place, there is a small crack as seen on most Norton fenders on the rear bottom on the lip, the seat is incorrect , tank and tool box, and oil tank have a few dings small dents, but very solid, the motor has had some aluminum welding done to the bottom end, one small hairline crack on the front through bolt motor mount hole..a few fastners are missing, last parts to be noted is that the frame had been de-raked, just a little so as you can see it is setting a little higher on the front...just want all to know the small problems on this project, its pretty rare especially the early bit about its number...I can deliver for free to barbers race tract in a week on the 11-13th of October , yes next week...but I will not ship this bike, can deliver if the distance isn't that far under 200 miles from the Cincinnati Ohio, area..only if the buyer and I can work out some gas payment, will not ship but if you are out of the USA, you are welcome to bid, but you must make arrangements to ship it out, I will assist anyway I can.... also there is a good head with the threaded ports in nice shape, cant make out if it is a 750 or 650 head, , and the cylinders are also included but are cracked in the bottom of the skirt, and through a lower fin or two, so these would need to be resleved. cant make out part number but will add to description the bore size...and the chrome curved part to cover he right side of the frame swing arm and center bolt.....please ask questions,  thanks
