2014 Moto Guzzi California 1400 in white. Smooth, great handling, powerful, you have read all the reviews and they are true. Rubber mounts makes this the smoothest Guzzi motor ever. Triple cush drives in the driveline make it the best shifting Guzzi ever. 100 HP, 90 foot pounds of torque, 4 valves per cylinder, cam in head, ride by wire fuel injection, cruise control, 4 traction control settings, 3 engine maps, radial brakes, ABS, 200 series rear tire, gas shocks, projector headlamp, daytime running lights, the list goes on and on. Ridden almost daily, the bike is a blast to ride. All maintenance performed at the proper time by a competent Guzzi mechanic. Oil changed twice as often as manual requires.


Sold as-is by me, with the balance of the factory 2 year unlimited warranty. $1000 deposit required within 3 days of the end of the auction, the balance within 2 weeks. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

The right head pipe is cracked at the crossover junction. This should be handled by a Moto Guzzi dealer under warranty.

The bike has been down at low speed, with small blems on the: front fender, headlight rim, instrument bezel, left rear exhaust heat shield and left muffler.

Ewan McGregor Donates Bike to Charity

Actor Ewan McGregor has introduced traveling long distances on motorcycles to the mainstream with the “Long Way Down” series. He is now trying to give UNICEF just as much exposure by donating one of his prized motorcycles to help raise money for the charity. “I’m donating my Moto Guzzi California motorcycle,” says McGregor, a UNICEF ambassador.

Expect to see the Moto Guzzi V85 production model at EICMA Last November, Moto Guzzi presented its V85 concept, an adventure-touring model powered by a new air-cooled 850cc V-Twin. Based on the comments in our EICMA show coverage, the V85 concept was very well received by MO readers. If you’re one of those who liked the concept, you’ll be happy to learn that Piaggio has filed a design patent for what looks to be the final production model, and it does not stray too far from the original concept.

LEGENDARY ITALIAN motorcycle manufacturer Moto Guzzi have announced a mass European ride-out, named 'Where Eagles Fly'. Convoys of Moto Guzzi enthusiasts and their bikes will set off from six European cities to meet in Milan on November 10th for the opening of the EICMA 2009 motorcycle show. On November 8th, the British Guzzisti participating in the first Where Eagles Fly tour will set off from London (other convoys will also be setting off from Madrid, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Vienna and Naples).
