I was planning to keep it as a collector's bike for a longer time, but I need the space in my garage and don't ride it enough.     This is a mean little naked cafe bike. I've had this bike for 6 years and it has mostly been ridden on weekends--I am a fair weather rider. I bought it from a friend in Minnesota who did a few mods (mostly took off a bunch of the plastics, which I have if you want).  The bike has around 14,500 miles, although the odometer reads only 1800 miles since I had the instrument cluster replaced professionally about 3 years ago.

    Up for sale here is a super rare 2002 Ducati S4 Fogarty.  This is a special edition Monster created to honor World Superbike racer Carl Fogarty.  There were only 300 of these bikes manufactured worldwide with only 75 making their way to the US and sold exclusively by internet.  This particular bike is #196.  These bikes are very, very rare and command a big price for those collecting Ducatis.  This bike, along with the others will increase in price due to their very limited numbers. The S4 Fogarty has a special red, white, and black color scheme to reflect the factory Ducati colors raced by Fogarty.  It sports a 916cc V-twin Desmoquattro engine and Termignoni carbon fiber exhaust cans.  It is loaded with carbon fiber bits all over to include the bikini fairings.  The bike has a total of 4,609 miles.  The instrument cluster was changed out on warranty with noted mileage of 3,325 at that time.  I have the service record from a Ducati dealer showing that.  The odometer showed 123 miles when I bought it and it now reads 1,284.  So I put a total of 1,161 miles on it.

Production special a technical heir to the V7 Moto Guzzi is preparing a new special edition model based on the V7 but with modern styling. Spy photos of a camouflaged test bike were first uncovered by Moto.it in late October, leading to speculation that it would appear at EICMA along with the V100 Mandello. That obviously didnt happen, but Motorcycle.com can confirm that the bike is on the way, and will be called the Moto Guzzi V850X.

The Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello is named for the brands 100th anniversary and its historic home in Mandello del Lario, Italy, but it comes packed with features that point more to the brands future than its past. The V100 Mandello boasts the worlds first adaptive aerodynamics system for a production motorcycle, and it is also the first Moto Guzzi to be equipped with a liquid-cooled engine, quick shift, six-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) and, for the higher trim option, semi-active suspension.

Because of the pandemic, however, the Piaggio-owned brand had to postpone its Moto Guzzi World Days 2021 Festival to 2022, celebrating its centennial on what would actually be its 101st year. Nevertheless, Moto Guzzi proceeded to announce what would have been the highlight of the festival: a new Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello model and plans to build a new futuristic factory on its historic home in Mandello del Lario, Italy.
