This is the 1983 Moto Guzzi Lemans III 850 motorcycle. This is a wonderful collectors item that runs like a dream. It has been recently been repainted with high quality paint. The transmission has been overhauled and cleaned as shown in the photos. Brand new windshield, rev counter cable and 2 Dellorto carb kit on this. New Dellorto inlet banjos, shim rocker arm bronze thrust washer, piston ring sets, 2 new top end gasket set, intake manifold gaskets, exhaust gaskets, premium quality thick oil pan gasket, UFI oil filter, NGK BP7ES spark plugs. It also has a brand new Lithium BTL14A240C 12 volt 240 CCA motorcycle powersports battery and cranks over and starts up fast. The back fender has been recently repainted black. Designer Galluzzi Discusses the New Moto Guzzi California 1400 – Video
Wed, 21 Mar 2012Moto Guzzi released a video featuring Marco Lambri, director of Piaggio Group style, and Miguel Galluzzi, vice-president of design discussing the new Moto Guzzi California 1400 and Piaggios’s planned Advanced Design Center in Pasadena, Calif. Galluzzi says the model displayed at Piaggio Group Americas’ dealer convention in Miami last week is just one variation for the California. Galluzzi says Moto Guzzi will release a full dressed touring version this autumn, with the single-seat version to follow, as well as at least one more.

Over the past year, the brand merger showed a 1.3% increase in sales to 611,300 units, of which 399,600 units (+1.6%) were two-wheeled vehicles. Sales statistics in the Asia-Pacific region improved markedly, with a 14.5 percent increase.
Vespa 946 Production Model Confirmed for North America
Mon, 19 Mar 2012Piaggio confirmed it will be importing the production version of its Vespa 946 (a.k.a. the “Quarantasei“) to North America, representing the next generation of scooters from the iconic Italian brand. The 946 was presented alongside the Aprilia Caponord 1200 and Moto Guzzi California 1400 at Piaggio’s North American dealer meeting last week in Miami.
