1973 Moto Guzzi 850 Eldorado on 2040-motos
Moto Guzzi 850 Eldorado tech info
Moto Guzzi 850 Eldorado description
This Eldorado belonged to my uncle for 30 years when I saved it from his shed in Massachusetts and brought it to Arizona. It was restored by a local shop that specializes in Italian motorcycles and is owned by a former Ducati dealership owner. The engine had been rebuilt previously and was compression and leak checked this time around. The rest of the bike got a complete makeover including frame powder coating, new paint, front disk upgrade, and police dash. We used as many of the original parts as possible, so all parts are original except the front forks, shocks, seat, dash, and fog lights. The bike runs beautifully and the lights on the dash work as they should. As you can see, the engine has not been run long enough to blue the exhaust pipes since the restoration. Clean Arizona title. Please contact me with any questions. Happy bidding!
Terms of sale: The buyer is responsible for picking the bike up, I will be happy to help with whatever shipping method you choose. There will be a $500 deposit through PayPal and the remainder must be submitted by cash, wire transfer, or postal money order. |

2020 Moto Guzzi V85 TT Review – First Ride
Thu, 21 Mar 2019Moto Guzzi heritage with an injection of modernity in a retro-styled package Credit: Photos by Milagro The Paris-Dakar rally, a true test of endurance, the ultimate adventure. I’m referring to, of course, the Paris-Dakar of old, when it ran from France to the west African capital of Senegal, Dakar. It was a time when men were men and women were women and the rally itself was more of an adventure, where “winning” was simply finishing.
Church of MO: 2009 Moto Guzzi Stelvio 1200 NTX ABS Review
Sun, 10 Nov 2019Stelvio, Stelvio, wherefore art thou, Stelvio? Tis but thy name that is my enemy, and what’s in a name? That which we call a big adventure bike by any other name would smell as sweet; so Stelvio would, were he not Stelvio call’d, retain that dear perfection which he owes without that title.
