First Official Sketch of the MV Agusta Rivale

What you see here is the first official sketch released by MV Agusta of the new Rivale, which is expected to be unveiled during EICMA 2012 and available to the public around Fall 2013.  Powering the new Rivale is an 800cc version of the 675cc triple currently seen in the F3 and Brutale 675 models. A larger bore (81mm vs. 79mm) accounts for the bump in displacement.

MV Agusta F4CC

Developed by heavyweight designer Massimo Tamburini and Claudio Castiglioni, the director of MV Augusta, the F4CC will be the most expensive and limited sportbikes made so far. Parts for the bike will be 90% hand crafted out of titanium and carbon fiber, only 100 vehicles will be produced which will feature a 200 hp, 1078 cc engine with a top speed of 195 mph and a Curb weight of 412 lbs. Massimo Bordi Out at MV Agusta as Company Considers IPO

MV Agusta announced a change in its executive as the company considers going public with an initial public offering. The Italian manufacturer introduced Giorgio Girelli as its new executive vice president. Girelli’s appointment comes a day after CycleWorld reports MV Agusta has opted not to renew the contract of Chief Executive Officer Massimo Bordi.
