MV Agusta Other description

Up for your consideration is a 2005 MV Agusta 1000r "THIS IS A NEW MOTORCYCLE" with full factory warranty since the bike has never been registered.  The bike was purchased by the collector of exotic cars and motorcycles “an incredible collection at that”!! I had purchased some items from his collection and am going to make a few available to the public. This bike was purchased at the MV Agusta factory in Italy. The motorcycle was only ridden for a few days while there and then shipped to his home in the USA. There it sat in a factory prepared and sealed crate until I stumbled across it.  I believe it is a rare find.  Not really not sure of its value, hard to put a price on something this rare. As you can see I uncrated the bike and put the necessary fluids and preparation needed to start the bike and perform a pre sale inspection by the local dealer. And I informed this bike is a Tamburini model but am not familiar enough with this brand of motorcycle. It has less than 500 miles on it and is in BRAND NEW CONDITION with the exception of a few small crate rubs on the fairing and is easily rubbed out with the necessary cleaners. I wish there was more to tell you about it but that’s been its life to this point. I can tell you it is the most beautiful bike I have ever seen and yes I did take it for a spin. I could not help myself. Now I have ridden allot of different motorcycles in my 50+ years and have never and I mean never been on such a powerful bike in my life.....it sounds like a formula 1 car and the handling was incredible and I knew at that moment it wasn’t for me......it took a week to clean the crap out of my shorts.”lol”

The bike is for sale locally and i reserve the right to cancel this auction at my discreation

MV Agusta Brutale 800 Dragster Official Specs – Video

Fri, 31 Jan 2014

The wait is over: MV Agusta has finally released official specs for the much-rumored and hyped Brutale 800 Dragster. For starters, the name is in fact Brutale 800 Dragster (previous mentions have omitted “Brutale”), as the bike serves as an extension of the Brutale line, of which it shares many of its components. Also, any and all rumors about superchargers or turbos can be squashed right now as well the Brutale 800 Dragster shares the same naturally-aspirated 798cc Triple as the standard Brutale 800.

Church of MO: 2012 Literbike Streetfighter Shootout - With Video!

Sun, 16 Oct 2022

Ten years ago, Tommy, Trizzle, and the Duke were feeling their oats as they manned about town on a trio of naked torpedoes. When it came to forming a mental picture of riding one or the other, we also agreed the sexy Speed Triple will pick up more chicks than the Aprilia. The Tuonos manufacturer claimed it was for the rider who, given the chance, would use a race bike just to go for a coffee. Meanwhile, the MV Agustas combination of short wheelbase and mid-range torque keeps the Brutales front wheel in the air, aided by the shortest overall ratios in the first two gears.

2014 MV Agusta 3-Cylinder Models Now Feature ABS

Thu, 23 Jan 2014

Better late than never, as the saying goes: MV Agusta will be equipping 2014 three-cylinder models the Brutale 675 and 800, the F3 675 and 800 and the Rivale 800 with dual-function ABS featuring Normal and Race Mode. These models will come equipped with an internal pressure sensor and independent wheel sensors on each axle, all controlled by the small and lightweight Bosch 9MP ABS control unit. The ABS was specifically developed to provide safer, more effective deceleration on all road surfaces without compromising either the power or the progressiveness of the system and with the clear aim of obtaining the shortest possible braking distances.
