This gorgeous MV F4 is like brand new. It was part of an extensive motorcycle collection and was hardly ridden. Since obtaining the bike, I have ridden it about 50 miles and it runs and rides without flaw. It is of course very fast and with the 4 cylinder engine and the four exhausts it sounds fantastic when you twist the handlebar. The engine is a 998 cc four developing 174 horsepower at 11,900 RPM. The rev limiter interrupts at 13,000 and that???s when its time to up-shift to the next of 6 gears. Consider this unusual and beautiful motorcycle as your next ride. 2014 MV Agusta Brutale, F3 and Rivale Models Recalled for Loose Swingarms

MV Agusta is recalling several 2014 motorcycles because of a defect in the screw securing the swingarm pin. The recall affects 223 units of the Brutale 1090 RR (Corsa edition), Brutale 800, Brutale 675, F3 675, F3 800 and Rivale manufactured between Dec. 18, 2013 and March 10, 2014.

Special Edition MV Agusta F3 Serie Oro Revealed

MV Agusta has revealed a special edition “Serie Oro” version of its upcoming 675cc supersport, the F3, for those who think owning a regular MV Agusta F3 isn’t exclusive enough. Following with company tradition, the “Serie Oro” (Italian for “Gold Series”) F3 features several upgrades over the standard model, and will be produced in a limited run of 200 units to be released ahead of the regular F3. The MV Agusta F3 Serie Oro is distinguishable by its gold-painted swingarm and aluminum wheels, and gold finish on air intakes, vents and a gold chain, minimalist graphics and red-painted mirrors.

MV Agusta’s Giovanni Castiglioni sent out the following open letter, speaking of his father, the late Claudio Castiglioni, and his battle against illness, as well as how the company will continue along the path Claudio had set. I am writing you this letter to personally thank you for the outpouring of affection that you have demonstrated both towards my father and our family. All of you have come to know Claudio, but I believe that I knew him more intimately than anybody else as he was more than a father to me, he was also my best friend, business partner, reference point and the person whom I could call on at anytime, day or night, to share both good and bad news.
