MV Agusta F4 1000R SENNA description

For sale is one of my all time favorite bikes,  2007 MV Agusta F4 1000R SENNA limited edition.  This bike was $29,995 in 2007.   It was the state of the art motorcycle available in 2007, and among the fastest and quickest bikes still today.  MV Agusta styling and performance is without compare, and this is one of the all-time best looking motorcycles ever made, like all the F4 line.

This bike is one of 300 ever made worldwide and 64 imported to USA in the SENNA limited edition. Second only to the Tamburini edition is rarity and desirability in all the MV Agusta F4 series. This is bike number 184 / 300.

Bike is 2 owners from new, is expertly maintained and pampered service.  Tastefully lightly modified, keeping all stock look, but with mechanical performance upgrades.   Bike has 4,853 miles, and is in pristine condition.  This bike starts and runs flawlessly and the performance is simply breathtaking as you would expect.   The acceleration, handling, suspension, and braking are among the finest in the world even several years later, and this bikes 'complete' package together delivers a stunning riding experience.

Bike has Michelin Road Pilot 3 tires with 500 miles from new on them.  Standard gearing and chain in very good condition.

Brake / clutch control reservoirs and covers are polished aluminum Moto Corse units, reduced weight from stock.

Engine:   Arrow De-cat mid-pipe for better flow and cooler temps.  Replaced entire rear exhaust system Titanium color, slash cut, and the free flowing lighter baffles for a stunning F1 engine exhaust note, but not obnoxious,.  This is the correct exhaust to have for overall performance.

Muzzy aluminum fan blades upgrade, with new   blue silicon cooling hoses and upgraded stainless clamps, water wetter coolant for best overall cooling.   Only items missing from the best cooling set-up is the racing water pump. Cooling system much improved from stock.

BMC Air Filter, with airbox modification to upgraded mounting wellnuts to avoid any issues with Wellnut failure (documented issue).  Radiator added support brace to add a more sturdy radiator mount and avoid cracking issue some bikes had.

Frame / chassis -  so far over $900 in Titanium fastener replacements, reducing weight by approximately 4+ lbs.  Including rotating mass items such as sprocket mount Ti nuts, and rotor mount bolts in Ti, as well as about 30 other bolts replaced from stainless steel to Ti.

Instrument cluster was sent to Italy and has a custom face, LED backlighting upgrade, and custom digital gear indicator integrated into stock housing.  Very tasteful and functional upgrade $450!.  Custom replacement super grips in color matching and softer rubber.  Aluminum bar ends also reduce weight 3/4 lb from stock bar end weights.   Aluminum oil drain plug 1/4 lb savings from stock steel.

Gilles rearsets also save considerable weight from stock and improve rider positioning and are very adjustable ($550).  Integrated brake light and turn signal eliminates large rear turn signals, and fender.  Melotti Tail tidy unit reduces rear fender and license bracket and 1 lb weight, better looks and LED license plate light.

The SENNA edition already has numerous Carbon Fiber pieces from standard F4 line.

This bike is rated at 175 HP and is now approx. 411 lbs.   You can do the math on power to weight ratio and performance.

Overall this is an amazing motorcycle, the best street bike I have ever ridden, save my Yamaha TZ250 GP bike, and will outperform new bikes, out handle, and certainly out brake with incredible Brembo and massive calipers and rotor package as stock.

Your chance to own an incredible looking and performing machine with Italian heart and soul, and a sound and engine performance like few others.   By far better (in my opinion) than Ducati.

Only notable flaw is one broken wire to the right turn signal in front.

No test rides, sorry,  but I can start it or video it.   All functions work correctly.

I have enjoyed this bike greatly, from 2007 to 2012 it was my all-time dream bike until I finally got to own one.   Now, new business demands, and other interests have me ready to say goodbye to a fantastic high performance motorcycle, one of the most stunning designs ever, by the late genius Tamburini.   I have owned many, many motorcycles in my 45 years of riding, and this is the most stunning performance bike by a long shot.

I am offering this bike at an aggressive price so I don't have second thoughts and to a new owner to enjoy the passion and spirit of the MV Agusta brand and the F4 SENNA masterpiece.

PayPal preferred payment, certified funds only.  Bike won't move until all payments clear.   No trades, please don't ask.  US buyer only please,  cannot crate bike.   Shipping buyer's responsibility.

Please note deposit and payment requirements.   I am a 100% e-bay seller / buyer feedback.  If you have less than 5 feedback,  you must ask me prior to  bidding.    I use feedback and always strive for positive. Non-paying bidders will be aggressively reported to e-bay and feedback as such.

No overseas buyers unless you correspond with me prior.

Reserve right to end auction as for sale locally also.  Re-listed due to previous sale falling through....note total mileage is 4,853.

Added pictures of some of the spares and original parts from upgrades that come with bike.

No reserve auction.  However also for sale locally so reserve right to end auction early.

Is this the new MV Agusta 600?

Mon, 19 Apr 2010

NO, IT'S NOT but we thought you'd like a shufti at this: a 1968 MV 600 4. Looking more BMW than MV Agusta, the forty-two-year-old 600 features a gorgeous sandcast DOHC inline four engine, shaft drive, cable-operated front disc brakes and some rather bizarre styling. Weird, eh?

MV Agusta has revealed two bikes

Thu, 30 Oct 2014

The Italian company MV Agusta decided not to hesitate and to present two models at once: Brutale 800 RR and Brutale 800 Dragster RR. So, the Brutale 800 RR will become a charged version of the Brutale 800, just as the Dragster RR will become a tuned Dragster 800. Each motorcycle from this magnificent four is equipped with an inline three-cylinder engine, but the RR versions will be 15 hp more powerful (140 hp in total) and they will have 5 Nm more torque (86 Nm in total) than their "basic" counterparts.

MV Agusta To Race BSB In 2013

Mon, 29 Oct 2012

News from Varese, Italy, has MV Agusta making a return to racing, choosing the British Superbike Championship as the series where it will campaign two factory-backed entries. The British Superbike Championship (or BSB) is arguably the most exciting domestic series in the world. It implemented new rules for 2012 designed to keep costs manageable by limiting the modifications allowed, which has resulted in tight racing the whole year.
