MV Agusta F3 675 description

JUST LIKE NEW WITH LOW MILES 2013 MV AGUSTA F3 675. A new work of art on two wheels is arriving that will upset the balance of power. As with all MV s this new model is synonymous with excellence, style and technology. The new F3 will apply these principles to a new market segment, the middle weight supersport category. If the F4, considered the most beautiful motorcycle in the world, set the styling and performance standards by which all others are judged, the new F3 has completely exceeded all previous conceptions of what a supersport motorcycle should be, redefining an entirely new category. Light weight, power and electronics working in complete harmony on a new motorcycle that pushes the concept of supersport to the extreme.

2014 World Supersport – Phillip Island Results

Mon, 24 Feb 2014

The 2014 World Supersport season opened in dramatic fashion after a red-flagged restart turned the 18-lap race into a five-lap sprint, with MV Agusta making a triumphant return to the top of the podium for the first time since 1976. The Supersport event began with a hard-fought battle between three-time champion Kenan Sofuoglu, Kev Coghlan and Michael van der Mark. Sofuoglu and his Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R held a slim lead over Coghlan’s Yamaha R6 and van der Mark’s Honda CBR600RR when the race was halted after CIA Insurance Honda rider Jack Kennedy suffered an engine problem and leaked oil onto the track.

MV Agusta to Bring Back Cagiva as an Electric Motorcycle Brand

Tue, 13 Mar 2018

The dormant Italian brand Cagiva is coming back with electric off-road bikes, with the first prototypes expected to come this fall at EICMA. The news was announced by Giovanni Castiglioni, chief executive officer of the Cagiva brand’s rights holder, MV Agusta, during the press launch for the 2018 Brutale 800RR (look for that review shortly). Cagiva (whose name is a portmonteau derived from the name of its founder, Castiglioni’s grandfather, also named Giovanni) first entered the motorcycle business in 1978, and made a name for itself in both Grand Prix road racing and off-road racing in motocross and notably winning the Dakar Rally in 1990 and 1994 with the Cagiva Elefant (pictured above).
