ParkinGo Selects Rolfo and Iddon to ride MV Agusta F3 675 in World Supersport

ParkinGo Racing has signed former Moto2 racer Roberto Rolfo and former British Superbike racer Christian Iddon to compete in the 2013 World Supersport Championship. Rolfo and Iddon will ride the MV Agusta F3 675 in the Italian manufacturer’s return to the international road racing scene. Late last year it was announced that MV Agusta would partner with Yakhnich Motorsport and field two F3 675 triples in World Supersport and one F4 1000 in the premier World Superbike class. In this video, team rider Jules Cluzel, who is stepping back into World Supersport after one season in Superbike, puts the F3 675 triple through its paces during testing at Portimao. The video is composed entirely of on-board shots both in front of and behind Cluzel, which, admittedly, doesn’t always produce the most dramatic video.

Twenty years ago, Massimo Tamburini begat the original MV Agusta F4, complete with 750cc radial-valve inline-Four, and it was good. Ten years later, the F4 begat this beast, with 1078cc and supposedly able to roll at 312 kph. Among the MOites, only the mighty Tor Sagen was able to smite it.
