MV Agusta F4 and F3 to Compete in 2012 Isle of Man TT

MV Agusta is returning to Isle of Man TT competition with the World Performance Racing team entering an F4 and an F3. The Italian brand has a storied history in the Isle of Man TT, with the legendary Giacomo Agostini winning 10 times under the MV Agusta banner. MV Agusta’s Giovanni Castiglioni sent out the following open letter, speaking of his father, the late Claudio Castiglioni, and his battle against illness, as well as how the company will continue along the path Claudio had set. I am writing you this letter to personally thank you for the outpouring of affection that you have demonstrated both towards my father and our family. All of you have come to know Claudio, but I believe that I knew him more intimately than anybody else as he was more than a father to me, he was also my best friend, business partner, reference point and the person whom I could call on at anytime, day or night, to share both good and bad news.

2014 MV Agusta Brutale, F3 and Rivale Models Recalled for Loose Swingarms

MV Agusta is recalling several 2014 motorcycles because of a defect in the screw securing the swingarm pin. The recall affects 223 units of the Brutale 1090 RR (Corsa edition), Brutale 800, Brutale 675, F3 675, F3 800 and Rivale manufactured between Dec. 18, 2013 and March 10, 2014.
