This classic 1956 MV AGUSTA CSTL 175 is coming up on 60 years old! A real survivor with interesting patina. Complete, correct and in very good running and riding condition. Ready to enjoy. Very good mechanical condition.
175cc overhead valve 4 stroke. 4 speed. Sold new without the optional speedometer so actual mileage is unknown. Brand new correct Radaelli rims and zinc plated spokes. New hard to find correct size tires and tubes. Complete new exhaust system. New battery. New chain. New grips and foot-peg rubbers. New headlamp rim and tail light. New MV tire pump. A great candidate for an easy cosmetic restoration or enjoy as is with it's factory correct character. All the hard to find parts are done! These models are becoming hard to find but I am offering this one for sale as it is a duplicate in my 30 year collection of Italian bikes in Los Angeles. A few of the CSTL models have proven to be reliable in "Giro" style events. Maybe not the quickest of contemporary Italian 175s but certainly some of the most dependable. 2012 MV Agusta Brutale 1090R Announced – Formerly Canadian Exclusive Model Expands to Other Markets
Thu, 22 Sep 2011MV Agusta is adding another new member to its Brutale line with a lower spec version of the 1090RR. The 2012 MV Agusta Brutale 1090R joins the 1090RR, 990R and the 920 in the Italian manufacturer’s lineup. MV Agusta’s Canadian importer Motovan had been offering its own version of the Brutale 1090R since April as a Canadian exclusive model instead of the 920 version, but the new 1090R will be available in other markets.

Tue, 13 Nov 2012MV Agusta has a new entry in the motard segment, unveiling the new Rivale 800 at the 2012 EICMA Show in Milan, Italy. The 2013 MV Agusta Rivale 800 is powered by a 798cc engine based on the three-cylinder 675cc engine with a counter-rotating crankshaft used in the F3 and Brutale 675. The same 798cc version of the engine is mounted on the new Brutale 800 and both models claim a peak output of 123.3 hp.

Thu, 17 Nov 2011MV Agusta has released U.S. pricing information for its new F3 675 supersport and limited edition Serie Oro variant, but those looking for the Brutale 675 naked version may be disappointed. The 2012 MV Agusta F3 675 will be available at American dealerships for $13,498 while the Serie Oro version will be more than twice the price at $27,900.
