LED turn signals and brake lights and I have all the original signal and light parts Plenty of chrome. Tires are original and in great shape. Aftermarket Gel seat is installed and I have the original one as well. Two helmets go with the bike. ( One medium and 1 small ) Bike cover. Never wrecked or layed over. A lot of extras installed. Fuel injected and starts every time.  New battery last year. Battery tender lead installed for long winter storage.

You will not be dissapointed in the bike.  The only reason that I am selling it is that I do not have the time to ride. This bike in my eyes is 98% perfect.

Side Note:  I have a trailer with cycle mount as well that "IS NOT" part of this sale but is possibly for sale as well for an additional price if its needed after this sale to transport cycle home.

EICMA 2011: Kawasaki Versys 1000 Not Coming to U.S.

Wed, 09 Nov 2011

While Kawasaki unveiled its Versys 1000 at EICMA, don’t expect to see it on American roadways any time soon (edit: but if you live north of the border in Canada you’re in luck, as it will offered for CN$13,999, a bit higher than the Z1000 but the same price as the Ninja 1000): What will we be missing? A bigger, badder version of the original Kawasaki Versys seems to be the answer. “Created as the long-awaited big brother of Kawasaki’s mid-size any-road street surfer, the new Versys 1000 is designed to enable the greatest riding enjoyment in the widest variety of street riding situations,” Kawasaki Motors Europe says in a release.

This remarkable shot of Eddie Lawson is taken by Rich Chenet. It was August 1980 and Lawson was undergoing a titanic scrap for the AMA title with Wes Cooley and Freddie Spencer here at Pocono Raceway in Philladelphia. The circuit is known as the 'Tricky Triangle' amongst the NASCAR drivers but the superbikes used a mix of infield and sections of the banked circuit.
