    Up for bid is my '04 Kawasaki NOMAD.  I am the 2nd owner & have owned this bike since the spring of '06.  Engine size is a 1500cc fuel injected V-twin.  Oil & filter have always been changed @ 2000 mile intervals.  New f/r brakes & new f/r Metzler tires installed summer of '12.  Factory features include shaft drive, water cooled oil cooler, f/r chrome crash bars, f/r floorboards & adjustable rear air shocks.  Added options include chrome visors for headlight & driving lights, driving lights w/ separate switch, 2" chrome handlebar risers, black leather tank bib, K & N air filter element, Vance & Hines exhaust, driver's highway pegs, driver's & passenger's back rest, chrome saddlebag top racks, chrome rear luggage rack with black leather zippered roll bag, rear LED lighting including LED stop lamp bar mounted between tailpipes.  Paint is very nice with the exception of a small scratch on each saddlebag door because I forgot to remove my spare keys before I started cruising!  DUH !!!  Bike has always been garaged & never been wrecked.  Mileage will be slightly higher than pictured because I still ride to work! A $500 deposit via PayPal is required immediately after auction close with the balance due upon delivery.  Delivery must be within 2 weeks of auction close unless you make prior arrangements with me before bidding.  Balance payable in the form of a certified cashier's check, or cash, of course.  Buyer is responsible for any & all shipping arrangements & charges.  I will assist you in any way possible.

    I have a 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic for sale, Model VN800-B9.  I would not be getting rid of the bike, but spinal nerve issues have made it too painful to ride anymore.  This motorcycle has less than 14,500 miles on it, and since I've owned it, has been wintered at Vreeland's Harley Davidson where it was kept in climate controlled conditions.  During the winter storage, the bike was serviced as well.  It has some minor rust on it, mostly on the loops of the saddle bags.

The estate of legendary motorcycle racer and all around fun guy, Gary Nixon, will go on auction June 16,2012, in York, PA. Nixon passed in August, 2011, while recovering from heart surgery. A two-time AMA Grand National Champion (1967 – ’68), Nixon was an accomplished flattrack and road racer. He was inducted into the Motorcycle Hall of Fame in 1998.

The Zytek-Kawasaki ZX10ev uses the chassis of a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R and an oil-cooled Zytek permanent magnet electric motor. K-Tech have released their popular 25SSK front fork open cartridge system to fit all Showa Big Piston Forks. Here's what K-Tech have to say about them: These lightweight aluminium units are supplied to the same exacting specification as all other 25SSK fitments with 14mm piston rods and a 25mm cartridge tube, the 14mm piston rods displace a large volume of oil through the 25mm control pistons giving enhanced damping characteristics over the standard Big Piston Fork and allow a bigger volume of air for a more precise feel at the bottom of the fork travel. BMW earned its first-ever World Superbike race win at the U.K.’s Donington Park, but missed out on sweeping the round after teammates Leon Haslam and Marco Melandri crashed on the final corner while battling for the lead in the second race. Melandri earned BMW its landmark first win in Race One leading Haslam in a one-two finish. They could have repeated that finish in Race Two but Haslam low-sided after making contact with Honda‘s Jonathon Rea trying to pass on the inside.
