Kawasaki Vulcan description
2014 Kawasaki Vulcan, Head-turning Looks, Miles of AttitudeWho says you cant have a well-deserved attitude and still be practical? Owners of a Vulcan 1700 Vaquero bagger have the best of both worlds. The traffic stopping good looks will make you smile every time you throw a leg over this blacked beauty. A frame-mounted, abbreviated fairing sets the stage while the swoopy tank leads the eye to the shapely luggage of this V-twin bagger. The multi-textured blacked-out engine and chassis treatment includes components (like the air-cleaner cover, wheels, fork assembly and tank cover) that would normally be chromed, leaving only a special few parts (engine guards, exhaust, mirrors, etc.) to receive plating and act as bright accents to the Metallic Flat Spark Black paint.Vaquero has the substance to back up the flashy styling. The beefy 1700cc V-twin is tuned to deliver instant power with the twist of the wrist on both the boulevard and the highwayall with Kawasakis famed long-term dependability. The impressive list of standard features rounding out the roomy cockpit, like electronic cruise control and a high output audio system, show the Vaqueros practical approach to racking up big miles. However, when this menacing stranger rolls into town on Friday evening, no one will forget the first time they saw the Vaquero.Beneath all that beautiful bodywork, matte paint and chrome is a superbly engineered motorcycle, one that blends power, handling, a confidence-inspiring character and impressive dependability into a massively functional package. For Genuine Kawasaki Accessories for your new Kawasaki Vaquero go to

Tue, 17 Aug 2010Need something to do on August Bank Holiday weekend, then read below: "Although the South West Motorcycle Show has been running at the Westpoint Arena for the last sixteen years, 2010 is the first year that the show hosts the all-new Vertical Trix European Stunt Championship. The show contains all the usual attractions that have been delivered to motorcyclists from over the south-west and further afield since 1994 – including all the appropriate trade stands, and with strong support from local dealers – plus attractions such a a dyno on site, restaurant, bar, bike displays, live music and of course the live action arena. Although the action in the show arena has previously been stunt displays, rather than a full-on competition.
The North East,Prescott and fast laps with Chris Walker at Mallory
Thu, 26 Apr 2012A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.
