My experience on this great bike:

Great bike…runs like a champ…no mechanical problems.

So beautiful, one of a kind paint job with matching paint on the 650lb rated trailer. People yell at you from cars “AWSOME BIKE”.  This is no hyperbole.  NO BS!!!

Within a week of owning this bike you will be known far and wide…I guarantee that you will be approached EVERY DAY, by people wanting to take photos of the bike...day in and day out…this has been my experience.

You will be so proud of this bike!  The envy of all your biker friends…when they see it, everybody wants to talk bike…

I had a little old lady stop me outside Wal-Mart and talk to me about her adventures on bikes…then she pulled down her pants and showed me the tattoo of a bike on her hip!!!  No kidding…

WAIT!  THERE IS AN EVEN MORE INTERESTING STORY.

I was stopped at the boarder of Mexico returning to the USA.  The BOARDER GUARDS asked if they could take photos with the bike!!!  THE MEXICAN BOARDER GUARDS!!!

Amazingly EXPENSIVE and detailed paint job on both the bike and trailer.

Community Tip: How to Shave your Motorcycle Seat

Thu, 30 Jul 2009

Motorcycle communities are a huge resource for any kind of project or help you might need.  It’s incredible the amount of stuff people post and the effort they put into it! arturo3rd on Kawiforums.com posted some great tips and photos on how to shave down your motorcycle seat for a more comfortable ride. Things you’ll need: flat screwdriver pliers sharp knife(steak) rough grit sand paper staple gun I’m unsure if all motorcycle seats are made of the same material so be wary before you start if your motorcycle isn’t a Kawasaki.

Ninja Comes Back to Life

Mon, 27 Oct 2008

Kyle Dansie purchased his 1986 Kawasaki Ninja ZX 900 on eBay for $500. At the time, it had roughly 18,000 miles on it with only the tires, frame and suspension in working order. Kyle then managed to convert this motorcycle not only to run without gasoline, but to harness solar power to charge it.

French Moto Website Anticipates Versys 1000 at EICMA 2011

Mon, 24 Oct 2011

Musings of a liter-size engined Kawasaki Versys have circulated the web for a few years now, as loyalists of the likable Versys 650, as well as displacement-driven riders waiting in the wings, have pondered the potential of a more powerful adventure bike from Kawasaki that’s in the same league as BMW’s R1200GS and Yamaha’s Super Tenere. Alas, nothing of the sort has ever left the lips of Kawasaki, let alone go into production. Recently, however, the French motorcycle website, Moto-net.com, has produced convincing images that appear like photos of a complete Versys 1000, including matching hard luggage.
