2009 KAWASAKI VULCAN 500 LTD EN500 This 500 was just traded-in. It is in fair condition and has low miles 3K. The bike is completely stock. It has been dropped a couple times on each side. The damage is is only cosmetic. The tank has a dent on the right side. The tank emblem is damaged on the left side. The exhaust mufflers both have some scratches on the ends. (see pictures) Nothing is bent or broken. I have detailed and safety checked the bike. I will be installing a new front tire as it has some rot and new front brakes. The rear tire and brakes are fine with the tread on the tire like new and no rot. I have cleaned the carburetors. All the lights, horn and gauges work 100%. I have taken this Vulcan on a reliability run and the engine, clutch and transmission all work and sound as they should. Tue, 08 Nov 2022Electrics coming in 2023, hybrid Ninja to follow in 2024 After presenting an electric prototype last month at Intermot, Kawasaki revealed a range of electric, hybrid, and hydrogen-powered prototypes at EICMA. The alternative energy models are part of Kawasaki’s efforts to reach carbon neutrality, with production models expected to launch in the next two to three years. Most of the prototypes used Kawasaki’s new Go with Green Power logo which will be used on its carbon neutrality efforts.
