This bike is perfect!!! Never a dent or scratch. It has been garaged it's whole life. Serviced regularly, but not ridden regularly. There were not many of these bikes made. It is a rare, straight, clean Classic 1700. I feel it is the perfect bike size and weight ratio. Rides like a dream. Wish I didn't need to sell her. Kawasaki-Supported Zytek ZX10ev TT Zero Electric Racer
Tue, 22 May 2012British Superbike race team Bournemouth Kawasaki and electric powertrain maker Zytek Automotive will compete in the 2012 TT Zero on the Isle of Man with an electric ZX-10R with support from Kawasaki UK. The Zytek-Kawasaki ZX10ev uses the chassis of a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R and an oil-cooled Zytek permanent magnet electric motor. Zytek is a race-proven electric powertrain supplier, though its expertise is primarily with cars.
Record Number of Entrants (Sort of) for 2012 Isle of Man TT Zero
Mon, 23 Apr 2012Mark Miller, seen here aboard the MotoCzysz electric race bike, won the 2010 TT Zero. Team Segway Racing MotoCzysz will again return to the TT Zero with past TT Zero winners Mark Miller and Michael Rutter as its riders in the 2012 race. The Isle of Man TT press office today announced a total of 18 entrants in the 2012 SES TT Zero electric motorcycle race — a record number of riders according to the IoM TT website.
