Kawasaki Vulcan tech info
Kawasaki Vulcan description
2008 Kawasaki 900 Classic LT Just in time for Christmas This bike is ready to go, just about every mod imaginable has been taken care of and it is a low mileage vehicle. I am just trying to get what I paid for it and not adding anything for the mods I have done. It is in excellent condition, has saddle bags, a 2 up seat with a backrest and luggage rack. The bike has a Cobra aftermarket exhaust system, an Arlen-Ness intake in place of the stock intake, Cobra electronic fuel processor, gear shift indicator, Cobra Tachometer, drive gear replaced to reduce RPM's at higher speeds, seat redone by American Soft Seats on the east coast, passenger pegs replaced with foot-boards, battery quick disconnect installed under seat. I have customized an alloy wheel and replaced the stock spoked front wheel. This has eliminated the need for a tube on the front wheel, makes it easier to get back on the road when you have a flat on a tubeless tire. I customized the alloy wheel so that all the parts on the front wheel, bearings, caliper and pads have remained stock items. The front wheel spacers are the only items that are right and left specific. Rear wheel is a stock alloy wheel with tubeless tire. With all the mods this bike is ready to go and is a bargain for whoever buys it. For those interested most of the stock items that were replaced are included. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer after payment has cleared. |

Single-Cylinder Kawasaki Ninja Spotted in Indonesia
Tue, 31 Dec 2013Based solely on recent history, you’d think the engineers at Kawasaki are strong believers of the “bigger is better” philosphy. You need only look at the Ninja ZX-6R which shook off the shackles of the 600cc supersport segment with a 636cc displacement, then came the Ninja 300 replacing the 250. New spy photos from Indonesia, however suggest there’s still room for smaller engines from Team Green.
