Very clean bike! This bike has been accessorized to be a fully functional touring bike. Only reason it is being sold is because current owner is getting a little old and has bad knees and is retiring from riding. Accessories on the bike are:
Bike is well maintained. It has a new drive belt, like new tires and recently serviced. This bike has electronic fuel injection and a liquid cooled motor. It is equipped with a backup cooling fan if you happen to be sitting in traffic. It also has a trip-o-meter and fuel gauge. Once all accessories are included this bike is valued at more than $9,000 by Kelly Blue Book. Will sell for much less though. Buyer is responsible for all arrangements for pickup. It was August 1980 and Lawson was undergoing a titanic scrap for the AMA title with Wes Cooley and Freddie Spencer here at Pocono Raceway in Philladelphia. The circuit is known as the 'Tricky Triangle' amongst the NASCAR drivers but the superbikes used a mix of infield and sections of the banked circuit.
46,061 Motorcycles Stolen in US in 2012
Mon, 25 Nov 2013An average of 126 motorcycles were stolen in the U.S. every day in 2012, according to a report released by the the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That’s from a total of 46,061 motorcycles reported stolen that year a 1.3% improvement from the 46,667 motorcycles reported stolen in 2011.

Thu, 26 Apr 2012A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.
