Kawasaki Vulcan tech info
Kawasaki Vulcan description
Up for sale is my 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 Classic. This is the big boy, the biggest production Japanese v-twin ever - 2000cc or 125 ci! It has 12,000 (and climbing weekly) miles currently. It has been very dependable and is in very very good condition. Never down, paintwork is like new. Chrome is all good. Oil changed at beginning of riding season as was coolant. I added brand new EBC HH brake pads all around recently.
It sports over $1000 in extras including: Viking Bags waterproof leather locking side bags, Vance and Hines exhaust (good deep notes), National Cycle windshield system with police-style windshield (can change to many other windshields that fit this system), large back rest and rear rack (supports big back travel bag). Included is a second set of keys for the bike and bags. Tires are Metzlers and have more than half their tread left. The bike needs nothing, it is ready to ride now. Cruise long distances in style and comfort, knowing you have all of that power. It carries a lot of weight and doesn't care a bit. It's also pretty easy on the curvy back roads. It's time for me to move up to a new one, but I hate to let this one go. Vital info: Engine Type 52-degree V-twin 4-stroke Engine Displacement 2053cc Bore Stroke 103 x 123.2mm Torque: 141 lb/ft!!! Kawasaki Teases Ninja H2
Tue, 02 Sep 2014Kawasaki announced it will unveil a new motorcycle called the Ninja H2 at the Intermot show on Sept. 30 and the evidence suggests it will be a new supercharged sportbike. The Japanese manufacturer first announced last November it was developing a supercharged I-4 engine at the Tokyo Motor Show, and the Ninja H2 announcement suggests that’s exactly what we’ll see in Cologne.
Wesll Quad Prototype
Mon, 09 Feb 2009A number of manufacturers have tinkered with various three-wheeled motorcycle applications over the years. Companies like Piaggio, Can-Am, Brudeli and even Harley-Davidson have produced unique trikes with ranging levels of success. The Wesll Corporation is attempting to do one better, literally, as it develops a four-wheeled mechanism that could be applied to many different kinds of bikes.
Kawasaki Z250 SL Launched In Asia
Wed, 30 Apr 2014Kawasaki, today, launched the long-awaited streetfighter version of the Ninja 250 in Asia. Dubbed the Z250 SL (Super Lightweight), some may call it the baby Z1000. That nickname, while fitting, is already reserved for the standard Z250, which draws a middle ground in terms of riding position (and amount of plastic) between the Z250 SL and the supersport Ninja 250. Designed for the sports-minded urban commuter, Kawasaki heralds this lighter, racier alternative to the Z250 as the perfect companion for someone looking for Ninja-based performance, quick, nimble handling, and aggressive ergonomics.
