Selling a very rare (1 of only 500 made) 2006 Kawasaki VN2000 Limited. The bike is in mint condition and has an incredible ride. A sweet 2053cc (125ci) engine pulls like a locomotive. Never seen another bike like it. Turns heads everywhere I go. Evan the Harley guys appreciate this bike.

Additional accessories included are a genuine Kawasaki Vulcan Windscreen, Cobra Fat engine guard, Ballistic lithium battery, and color matched saddle bags -- with custom quick release detach brackets.

Searched throughout North America for this bike. Eventually found this one 3 years ago for sale by original owner in Michigan. Now I am sad to see her go but I need to sell.

I imported this bike into Canada in 2013 and resides just outside of Toronto. The bike will need to be imported back into the US by new owner. Import duties to be covered by new owner at 2.4 %. No problems importing the bike back as it was originally from US. I have a trailer and we meet new buyer at either the Lewiston (Niagara Falls/Buffalo) or Port Huron US customs office. I will also continue to trailer the bike if needed for up to another 250 miles free of charge. For longer distance contact me first to make arrangements. Picking up bike directly and riding it back is also available.

FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013

The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.

With an upgraded Öhlins’ Race SCU (Suspension Control Unit), the Öhlins OEM-fitted steering damper on 2013-14 Kawasaki ZX-10Rs can now be ramped up to race mode. The Race SCU is programed to transform the Öhlins Mechatronic, electronically controlled OEM-fitted steering damper on the latest ZX-10R into race mode, allowing it to meet the demands of the track. From the factory, the Öhlins electronically controlled steering damper is tuned to be adaptive to a broad range of street riding, from parking lots to legal speeds.
