Up for bid, from the estate of a motorcycle enthusiast, is a very nice Kawasaki Vulcan, water cooled, with only 8,110 original miles. Motorcycle has been in storage for over 9 years. For its age this bike is very clean. Motorcycle has original tires that show no age and has no cracks. This bike has had a new battery installed and taken on a short test ride. I found this bike to be very well balanced, smooth, deep mellow and throaty exhaust and just simply rides very nice. This Vulcan has factory installed spot lights, custom grips, Mustang solo seat, rear luggage carrier, custom rear turn signals and very loud horns. Buyer responsible for pick up or shipping. 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Data
Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
Kawasaki May Soon Reveal Naked Ninja 250 for Asia
Tue, 15 Jan 2013Kawasaki will unveil a new naked version of the Ninja 250 this month, reports TMCBlog.com. The Malaysian Indonesian blog first published a sketch back in October of a new motorcycle believed to be a new model based on the Ninjette to be called either the ER250 or the Z250. TMCBlog.com now reports Kawasaki will be announced before the end of January, quoting Freddyanto Basuki, marketing manager of Kawasaki Motor Indonesia.
