Kawasaki Vulcan description

2004 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic, This is a very clean Kawasaki Vulcan and needs nothing! Comes with Vance & Hines exhaust system - With its fat tires, chrome back-swept exhaust pipes and stepped seat, the Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic motorcycle conjures up friendly images of cool evenings on a small-town boulevard or the sound of its V-twin engine softly rumbling through the leaves of a tree-lined country road. It is confidence inspiring, yet stylish. Affordable – but all cruiser, from its tear-drop tank to its valanced fenders and chrome wire wheels. The pulse of the Vulcan 800 Classic comes from its rubber-mounted, 805cc, V-twin engine, which features a single-pin crankshaft and a gear-driven balancer to reduce vibration. Finned cylinders and four-valve heads are liquid cooled for optimum thermal control. Concealed automatic cam chain tensioners preserve the engine's clean lines, while simultaneously allowing maintenance-free, precise cam timing. A spin-on oil filter also helps keep maintenance at a minimum. A 36mm Keihin carburetor equipped with an accelerator pump gives the Vulcan 800 Classic its quick throttle response. To take advantage of the engine's broad torque curve, the five-speed transmission enhances the strong acceleration and creates a relaxed engine pace at highway speeds. The transmission also features Kawasaki's exclusive Positive Neutral Finder, which simplifies finding neutral while at a standstill.

Variant appears in Australia certifications Kawasaki surprised us all a year ago when it brought back the KLR650, resurrecting the venerable adventure bike with fuel injection, updated styling, and a new one-piece frame. For the U.S., the third-generation KLR650 was available in a few different flavors, the base model, the Traveler model with a top case and the Adventure model with side cases, auxiliary lighting and engine guards, not to mention ABS versions of the base and Adventure models. Kawasaki Australia offered two versions for 2022, the KLR650 (model code KL650F) and the KLR650 Adventure (model code KL650H).

Behind The Scenes: The Making Of the Ninja ZX-6R vs The Isle of Man Video

Fri, 15 Feb 2013

You may remember last fall’s release of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R was accompanied by a mind-blowing short video commercial of a rider screaming around the 37.33-mile Isle of Man TT course aboard the new 636 Ninja. Now, Team Green has just released a “Making Of” video about the production of that video, featuring TT star James Hillier.  This behind-the-scenes short film shows the crew capturing Hillier as he passes within millimeters of the camera. You’ll see the camera-equipped pursuit bike racing side-by-side with Hillier, as well as the aerial heli-cam.
