2006 Vulcan and 1996 Katana

Up for sale is a Kawasaki 750 Vulcan 2006.  The mileage is: 2335  .  All gauges work properly, the tank has a dragon skin powder coat texture and the bike has new tires.

Also, up for sale, 1996 Suzuki Katana GSXF 600.  the mileage is  12957:  .  This was a project bike but do not have time for anymore.  It has new tires also has the same dragon coat textured tank as the Kawasaki.  All gauges work as they should.  it will need a lock for the gas cap or it can be opened and closed with a flat head screwdriver.  The previous owner replaced the dual exhause with a used single exhaust but did not have a center stand.  I put one on but has to be held up by a metal strap due to the singer exhaust.  I only use this in the winter time when the bike is being stored.  It will also need rear turn signals.  I took the old ones off but never put the new ones back on.

Both bikes will need new batteries due to the lack being driven and being in storage.

Please feel free to ask any questions.  Thank you for looking.

Happy Bidding!

Mon, 16 Apr 2012

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the ground-breaking Kawasaki Z1 which made its public debut in 1972, becoming what many would regard as the world’s first superbike. Kawasaki’s first large-capacity four-stroke multi-cylinder motorcycle took center stage at the 1972  IFMA, the precursor to the INTERMOT show in Cologne, Germany. Together with the Honda CB750, the Kawasaki Z1 helped spearhead the popularity of the Japanese Inline-Four.

WSBK 2013: Monza Race Report

Mon, 13 May 2013

Eugene Laverty and Marco Melandri split a pair of victories at Monza but the most biggest news from the World Superbike weekend was a strange series of appeals after Race Two that saw Tom Sykes finish third, relegated to fourth and then reinstated on the final step of the podium. The unusual mix-up occurred after Sykes, sitting in third place, ran off track and into the run off area on Turn 5 on his final lap. The Kawasaki rider returned to the track again in third place where he finished ahead of Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli.
