2000 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic, One of a Kind Custom! - With a nostalgic look of the '50s, the Vulcan 800 Classic features deep valanced fenders and a big, fat front tire on the spoked front wheel. Chromed covers enhance the fork downtubes and are topped off by a large chromed headlight housing. Two-toned paint graces the fuel tank while a tank-mounted speedometer gives it a custom look. The low-stepped seat adds to the low cruiser look and provides feet-on-the-ground comfort and stability when stopped.

Two-tone hugger for Kawasaki Versys

One of Pyramid Plastics' best sellers has been the rear hugger for the Kawasaki Versys, they have now enhanced upon the original product as it is now painted to match the various colours of the bike. The Hugger is manufactured from “High-Grade Reliability PlastiK” and matches the silver swingarm, while a painted style has been adopted for the top shell. Priced at £104.99 for Pearl Solar Yellow and Metallic Imperial Red, other options include Gloss Black, Carbon Look and Atomic Silver.

Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes extended his championship lead while a Race Two collision between Aprilia teammates Sylvain Guintoli and Marco Melandri provided drama in the World Superbike Championship round at Portugal’s Portimao track. Sykes qualified on the pole in a sun-draped Superpole session but the clouds rolled in on race day, forcing teams to plan for mixed weather. An overcast sky presided over a dry Race One, leading to a mix of tire choices but all of the racers switched to wet tires for Race Two that saw the scheduled 20-lap length reduced to 18 laps.

In fact, they were so capable and enjoyable to ride that I bought one myself and it has become one of my favorite motorcycles in my stable.
