1997
Kawasaki
Vulcan 750
VN750

This bike looks GREAT!!!.  The Vulcan has been a great performer for many years.  We purchased this bike with a lot of other units.  Through our assessment we feel this unit will need a cam chain tensioner.  Well our shop is very busy with Hondas and fall turns to winter fast in Chicago.  So this one has to go.  Asside from this issue the bike runs great and is definitely ridable  If you are handy or have friends that work cheap this may be a good bike for you.  Everything else on this bike is as you would expect.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions.  Thanks and good luck.

Good People, Bad Credit?  We can help.  Go to dsphonda.com to fill out an online application.  If you are going to finance  this purchase please DO NOT BID until you have been approved for  financing.

Our shop is open Tuesday - Thursday 10:00am to  8:00pm, Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm central time.
Please feel free to come by our shop and view the items for bid  (Please phone first so we may have items ready for you.).  The bike is sold  as-is with no warranty.  This bike must be picked up at our shop!  We  accept postal money orders, cash and credit cards (up to $2500.00 per  vehicle transaction).  Illinois residents and reciprocal sales tax states please add for tax, license and  title.  All purchasers must add $164.30 documentation cost.  For purchases over $1000.00 a deposit of $1000.00 is due  within 3 days of notification of a winning bid, with the balance due within  7 days of notification. We do not ship bikes but we are glad to cooperate with your shipper. THIS AUCTION IS LIMITED  TO U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY.  Titles will be sent to purchasers, by FedEx,  approximately 10 days after final payment.  We reserve the right to end  this auction early. We advertise bikes in other sources.  If you have any questions please call our internet coordinator  Dan Burdett, at 847-699-9600 or e-mail at sales@dsphonda.com, and he will be glad  to help.  Thanks for looking and good luck.

Church of MO: 1997 Kawasaki ZX-6

Sun, 15 May 2022

Twenty-five years ago, the 1997 Kawasaki ZX-6 had not yet grown an “R.” It came with a centerstand, dual exhausts, and weighed 430 pounds full of 4.8 gallons of unleaded fuel. The leaded stuff hadn’t been phased out until one year earlier, which may explain a lot about the mental condition of many of us Boomers. It was a great, inexpensive, do-anything motorcycle in other words.

A spy photo of the new 2014 Kawasaki J300 has emerged, a week after the maxi-scooter was first spotted being filmed for a promotional video in Milan. JOIN THE COMMUNITY: J300Forum.com As previously reported, the J300 will be Kawasaki’s first scooter intended for western markets. The J300 sports a broad front fairing, not unlike other maxi-scooters such as the Yamaha TMax or BMW‘s C600 Sport and C650 GT scooters.
