Kawasaki Vulcan description

1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500, Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Bumble Bee . 1996 bought new in 1999. EXCELLENT/MINT condition!! One owner/garage kept, only 14K miles on it. Meticulously cared for. The Story - In March of 99 Kawasaki found 80 of these Bumble Bees in an east coast warehouse. Anderson's Honda took them and sold them all within a week. Full Factory warranty/new bike etc. They had to sell them at a used price though due to the age. I was lucky enough to wander into this deal. 2 years ago this bike was gone thru from front to back. New matching tires, new air/fuel filters/spark plugs/gas line, rebuilt carbs, lubed cables, all fluids etc. Well over $1200 in new parts etc. All with only 9K on it. The last couple of years I have loved on this bike and used it for commuting and pleasure riding. BUT, I succumbed to the Harley urge and the Super Glide is now mine. So, I must thin out the heard to one major cruiser. This bike is absolutely mint. You will be hard pressed to find a large bike in this condition, with this many new parts on it, for only 3400.00 Thanks for looking...Jim 602-540-4850 $3,400.00 6025404850

2014 WSBK – Assen Results

Mon, 28 Apr 2014

Heavy rains and a fortuitous red flag were the difference in the World Superbike Championship‘s visit to The Cathedral of motorcycle racing, the TT Circuit Assen in the Netherlands. Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli captured his second win of the season in Race 1, which was halted early by a red flag with five laps to go just as it looked like reigning WSBK champion Tom Sykes was gearing up for a final challenge. The second race was also shortened, not by a red flag but because of a rain, turning the 21-lap race into a 10-lap sprint.

Photos Of This Weekend’s Denver Endurocross Track

Fri, 03 Oct 2014

This weekend the EnduroCross championship makes its way to Denver and the National Events Center for the fifth round of the nine-round series. Truckloads of dirt, mountains of rock and piles of logs are coming together to create an EnduroCross course that’s sure to challenge racers and entertain fans.  Excitement will be a mile-high this weekend as the EnduroCross Championship puts three different race winners into an epic battle for valuable points before the halfway point in the series. Beta/GEICO-backed Cody Webb has led since his first round victory in Las Vegas, but KTM’s five-time champion Taddy Blazusiak is hot on his heels after a big win at the last round in Atlanta and at X-Games. And don’t count out Colton Haaker.

Ninja H2 Video XVI – High Precision Machinery + Video

Tue, 14 Oct 2014

Yes, folks, Kawasaki has released yet another teaser video for the Ninja H2. This time, it’s number 16, titled, “Beauty in High Precision.” In it, we see the impeller for the supercharger being created from a solid piece of billet aluminum. Admittedly, this inundation of H2 videos is getting to be a bit much, even for us, but if you’re a fan of machine porn, then Kawasaki’s latest video will surely please.
