1989 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 Custom Cruiser
Great Bike, Needs Nothing, Easy to Ride, Runs Perfect, Very Fast, Lots of Power, Sounds Great Garage Kept Lowered 1.5 inches Ear Shave Upgraded carb jets Upgraded plugs and wire caps Wrapped drag pipes with lollipop baffles Upgraded and relocated rear signal lights Front disk brakes Shaft drive Side and center stand Saddlebags 16,312 miles; I still ride it so mileage will increase There is a minor crease dent on the tank; it is pictured with and without the white crayon beside it. The bikes are merely street-legal dirt bikes without much accommodation for creature comfort. So, spending 220-ish miles flat in the saddle from Las Vegas, NV to Palmdale, CA, mostly on Interstate 15, is a platform for cataloging discomforts, and after riding approximately 360 miles, mostly off road over the two previous days, my aches-and-pains were legion.

Built in 1894, it's about to be auctioned and is expected to reach a world record price (for a kettle). It uses a coal furnace to super-heat water into steam which is fed into a small engine.
