Kawasaki Other description
Kawasaki's powerful Ultra 300 isn't just a throttle junkie's dream. In its LX guise, it's also a comfortable, versatile if still powerful touring machine. Key in this regard are additional standards, like a stepped, bolstered seat. It's comfy and soft, but offers the back support that will be welcome on long rides. Two-tone coloring highlights these bolsters, and a rich hull paint scheme completes the upscale look. Another touring nod is a clever nook in the handlebar pad that can be fitted with a mount to hold a handheld GPS, keeping your position up close and handy on that next adventure.

The circuit is known as the 'Tricky Triangle' amongst the NASCAR drivers but the superbikes used a mix of infield and sections of the banked circuit.
Kawasaki Reveals Supercharged Inline-Four Engine
Wed, 20 Nov 2013Kawasaki announced it is developing what it calls the world’s first supercharger developed by a motorcycle manufacturer. The giant Japanese company called on its extensive experience in working with turbine engines, and distilled the technology for motorcycle applications, showing a supercharged Inline-Four engine at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. No details were given on the size of the sample engine, though diagrams included in Kawasaki’s patent applications for motorcycle superchargers include one image that looks vaguely similar to the Ninja ZX-14R.

Mon, 17 Feb 2014Despite losing the World Supersport title last year to a hard-charging Sam Lowes, Mahi Racing Team India’s Kenan Sofuoglu, aboard his Kawasaki ZX-6R, hasn’t lost any of the pace that has made him the overwhelming favorite heading into 2014. He topped the timesheets on the first day of testing at Phillip Island, setting a time of 1:33.521, putting him at near lap-record pace. Second on the day was Dutchman Michael van der Mark, aboard the Pata Honda CBR600RR.
