2007 KX 65 Bike has a hand full of rides on it. We purchased this for our son for his 10th birthday in June of this year (it was his 1st bike). Following each ride the following was completed on bike; air filter cleaned or replaced, gear oil changed, completed wash down of all parts including lubrication. Includes brand new rear tire (installed), 1 ride on front tire, 3 sets of boots (fox, thor, o'neil), brand new goggles, brand new riding gloves, brand new plastics, pro taper bars, new sprocket, new chain, fox helmet (not pictured). These bikes have not mechanically changed in the past number of years and are bullet proof GREAT bikes. Our son is moving up in bike class and he no longer has a need for it. Mon, 01 Jul 2013The 91st running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb is in the books, and while much of the media attention focused on Sebastien Loeb demolishing the outright course record, setting the first eight-minute lap with a 8:13.878 — over 90 seconds faster than the previous lap record —in his Peugeot 208 T16, history was made in the motorcycle divisions as well. Below are the times for all the motorcycle competitors in this year’s event. As expected, Carlin Dunne aboard the Lightning electric superbike, took top honors among all motorcycle competitors, marking the first time an electric motorcycle has done so.
More Teasers for the 2012 Kawasaki ZX-14R
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Kawasaki has released another teaser for its upcoming revised ZX-14, now dubbed ZX-14R. In the first video, a couple of numbers are cryptically displayed: 84 x 65mm. This is a thinly veiled reference to its bore and stroke dimensions, indicating the biggest Ninja received a 4mm stroke elongation, which would bump the bike’s displacement from 1352cc to 1441cc.
