Kawasaki Other description

Here is probably one of the nicest KZ1000's around. As you can see by the pictures it is in extremely nice condition. The few minor defects it has are as follows: slight stain on the left side of gas tank (see picture), one very minor dent on the top of the tank (see picture),the tail fin has one small scratch, there is some slight surface rust on the bottom of the pipes but there are no holes. Comes complete with owner's manual, warranty card, and a complete tool kit including the feeler guage. This bike starts and runs fine, shifts through all the gears smoothly, and all the electrical functions properly. Both brakes work fine. Still has the original tires. Eric Bostrom to Race TTXGP for Brammo at Laguna Seca

Eric Bostrom has signed on to ride the Brammo Empulse RR in the electric motorcycle race at Laguna Seca July 28-29. The race is the final stop on the TTXGP‘s North American series and a joint event with the FIM’s ePower series. The AMA racing veteran will join Steve Atlas to represent Team Icon Brammo at Laguna Seca.

Reigning World Superbike Champion Tom Sykes put on a clinic this weekend, leading every lap in both races to claim a pair of wins at Spain’s Motorland Aragon circuit. Sykes’ Kawasaki teammate Loris Baz was right there with him, recording a pair of second-place podiums to give Team Green a pair of one-two finishes. Sykes and Baz were also one-two in the Superpole qualifying on this nearly flawless weekend for the Kawasaki factory team.
