2023 Kawasaki KLX230 S Review - First Ride

Wed, 14 Dec 2022

Reducing the seat height without lowering expectations Credit: Photos by Kevin Wing Entry level dual-sport has for a very long time existed in the void between categories, particularly when you consider folks who are shorter in the inseam. 2013 AMA Supercross Minneapolis Race Report

Mon, 15 Apr 2013

Hometown hero Ryan Dungey put a stop to Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak, taking the victory before 48,846 supportive fans at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minn. The Red Bull KTM rider from nearby Belle Plaine, Minn., stalked Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto for most of the race before taking the lead and winning the 20-lap race by just 0.903 seconds. The win put Dungey into second place in the standings ahead of Rockstar Suzuki‘s Davi Millsaps and perhaps more importantly, cut away at Villopoto’s points lead.

2014 AMA Supercross – Anaheim 1 Results

Mon, 06 Jan 2014

KTM rookie Ken Roczen captured his first 450 class win in the AMA Supercross world championship, taking the season opener at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. An audience of 45,050 fans watched a clean race from the rookie while errors by veterans like James Stewart and three-time reigning champion Ryan Villopoto knocked them out of contention. Villopoto had a strong start, taking the holeshot and leading the first eight laps, just like the Kawasaki rider had done so often the last few seasons.
