Kawasaki Other description

I have for sale a Kawasaki KLR650 Enduro bike. This bike is in great condition and runs great too! There are some superficial scratches around the bike and a small dent on the gas tank. I disconnected the kick stand safety mechanism. The bike has a very low 8500 miles. Included with the bike are saddle bags and storage box plus a bike bra/map case. The bike has a brand new battery, new brake pads and has had a recent oil and filter change. Title is clean. I cannot offer refunds at this time so please ask all questions BEFORE bidding. I will assist buyer in any way I can with setting up delivery or pickup. I can hold the bike for up to 60 days so buyer can make arrangements for pickup/delivery. Thanks for looking!!!

Five minutes with Stuart Easton

Fri, 10 Aug 2012

Stuart Easton has been the sole hope for Scotland in BSB since his friend and mentor Steve Hislop left us nearly ten years ago. Rat boy, as he’s known to friends, shone in the 125 and Supersport class and until his horrendous crash at the North West 200 last year was a serious contender for the 2011 BSB title. Many (including himself) thought his career may have been over but he astounded everyone by climbing back on the podium just a few rounds into the 2012 season.

BSB 2012; Mystic Mac investigates

Tue, 03 Jan 2012

In my opinion, the smartest move in the BSB off season has to be Michael Laverty moving from Swan Yamaha to HM Plant Honda. With a ban on electronics for 2012, and in particular traction control, WFR's Graham Gowland has already proved to Laverty how competitive an EVO spec Fireblade can be - so I’m tipping both these riders to be bang on the money at the Brands Hatch season opener in April. Unlike BMW, Kawasaki and Yamaha, Honda have deliberately developed their road-going Superbike without electronics to give a user friendly feel with good mechanical traction, so it’ll be interesting to see how the opposition copes with their high-tech trickery stripped off.

Kawasaki Special Edition Ninja Unveiled

Mon, 05 Jan 2009

In addition to Metallic Diablo Black, Sunbeam Red and Candy Thunder Blue, the 2009 Ninja 250R will be available in a Special Edition Lime Green and Metallic Diablo Black combination. The great-looking paint scheme of the new Special Edition Ninja 250R which features Kawi green with black side panels, echoes the MotoGP ZX-RR. This is a strange time to release such a bike since the British motorsports site Autosport.com recently reported that the Japanese manufacturer will announce its withdrawal from MotoGP racing on Jan.
