Kawasaki Eliminators are very rare. only produced for 4 years ('86. '87. '96. and '97) and most likely sold to the European market. The Kawasaki ZL 600 Eliminator has a modified engine from the Kawasaki Ninja 600. The bike just had a recent tune up (oil change. new spark plugs. changed spark plug wires and radiator fluid). new Triple tree bearings (upper and lower). new clutch. clutch plates. throttle cables. K&N individual pod filters. Carbs adjusted and re-jetted ( all done less than 300mis ago). Tires are fairly new (about 1500 mis ago). Included with the bike are an OEM sissy bar (removed due to esthetics) and an aftermarket windshield. The bike is extremely fast and the service was preformed at Sierra Cycles in Sierra VIsta. ABS Option Coming for 2014 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Classic, Nomad and Vaquero

Anti-lock brake technology has become fairly commonplace for motorcycles now, and it sometimes comes as a bit of a surprise when a major manufacturer does not offer ABS as an option on certain models. The European Parliament making ABS mandatory by 2016 has helped push things along, as manufacturers work to equip their models with the technology ahead of the deadline, not just for the European market but also for other markets including the U.S. New documents released by the California Air Resources Board reveal Kawasaki will offer an ABS version for its 2014 Vulcan 1700 cruisers and tourers for American consumers.
