Up for auction is a 1979 Kawasaki KZ750B twin. Clean and clear title, ready to transfer. 17,573 actual miles. This is a good complete light project. Bike was last plated in 2004 and has sat in a garage covered since then. I added fresh fuel and when on a battery charger the bike will start but will need carbs cleaned and a tune up. Clutch works and shifts thru all gears. Kickstart also works as well. Nice seat. Carbs move free and snap back with throttle. All electrics work, horn, indicator lights, signals, electric start. Key works in all locks. Custom 1970s paint job still looks great. Kawasaki fairing is painted to match. Front brake will need serviced and will also need a battery. Mon, 04 Jun 2012Dave Molyneux won his 15th career Isle of Man TT race with a victory in the first Sure Sidecar TT race of the 2012 festival. The win comes in Molyneux’s return to the Isle of Man TT after sitting out last year’s competition. By far the most successful Sidecar racer in TT history Molyneux is third overall among riders in any class, behind Joey Dunlop (26) and John McGuinness (18).
What We Ain’t Getting: 2012 Kawasaki ER-6n
Tue, 11 Oct 2011Kawasaki announced its 2012 street model lineup this week announcing a number of updates to its ZX-14R, as well as the Vulcan 1700 Voyager, Ninja 1000 and Ninja 650. Absent from Kawasaki’s U.S. offerings is the naked version of the Ninja 650, the ER-6n which has also been updated and will be available in other markets such as Europe and Canada.
