1980 Kawasaki KZ1300 Touring light project. Clean and clear title, ready to transfer. Has not been on the road in several years but is in very good original condition. Original paint in rare blue looks great. 3,727 miles on the speedo but title says exempt so actual mileage can not be verified. Bike will start for a second with a good battery with choke on but will not stay running. Will probably need carbs cleaned and a tune up at the least. All electrical works, electric start, lights, signals, etc. Front and rear brakes are in working order. Throttle moves free and snaps back. Solid original exhaust. Shifts thru all gears. Tires hold air but have some weather checking. Key was lost over the years but all locks are unlocked and ignition works with any key. Good solid, all original project. This time, it’s number 16, titled, “Beauty in High Precision.” In it, we see the impeller for the supercharger being created from a solid piece of billet aluminum. Admittedly, this inundation of H2 videos is getting to be a bit much, even for us, but if you’re a fan of machine porn, then Kawasaki’s latest video will surely please.
AMA Supercross: 2012 Atlanta Results
Mon, 27 Feb 2012Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak was snapped, KTM scored its second series win and Cole Seely impressed as an injury replacement for Trey Canard as the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship landed in Atlanta, Ga. Racing for the American Honda Muscle Milk team, Seely nabbed the holeshot and led the opening seven laps before finally being overtaken by Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey. Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto had a poor start by his standards, finishing the first lap in sixth place.
