1978 Kawasaki KZ650b with title, currently does NOT run
Replaced everything with same year parts, or NOS, or mods
- Kerker 4 into 1 header (new 1000 miles on it), kerker muffler and a Competition baffle
- Early kz900 26mm carbs by wiredgeorge completely rebuilt, K&N pods, new intake boots
- Shorty blinker arms
- Joker Mirrors and plugs
- Perfect gauges off a '78 with less than 10k
- Perfect seat, just the best I've seem, the owners manual is still in its seat storage compartment
- All plastics are in great shape, all new frame rubbers
-Tank is in good shape inside and out, no dents, has a new cap seal
- Chrome is in great shape
- All lights are in nice shape, no cracks, all light bulbs are replace with NOS or high quality replacements
- Excel coils and wires, new plugs
- No hacks in wiring harness or elsewhere
- Petcock rebuilt, new hoses and filter
- Oil temp gauge for oil plug
- Shocks are kz900, little taller, stiffer, I weight 200lbs
- Front shock oil changed
- Fluids changed before storage, no gas in it, stored inside, climate controlled
- Tire have miles left on them, non match
- Have some original extras:
shocks, rear foot pegs, center stand, brake pads front and rear
I have over 1000 into the carbs and exhaust
This would make a great bike, I just dont have the time anymore, it was running a year ago, needs a good home.

Kawasaki Announces EVO Entry for World Superbike Championship
Mon, 20 Jan 2014Kawasaki announced it will enter a factory-backed EVO-category entry for the 2014 World Superbike Championship. Kawasaki has signed David Salom to ride the EVO Ninja ZX-10R. The team will be run by the same operation behind the non-EVO factory team of Loris Baz and reigning WSBK Champion Tom Sykes, forming a three-rider Kawasaki factory lineup.

Mon, 05 May 2014Ryan Villopoto capped off his fourth-consecutive AMA Supercross championship with an impressive victory at the season finale at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider clinched the title at last week’s New Jersey round so he didn’t have to prove anything in Vegas. But he did, leading all 20 laps and winning by nearly 14 seconds.

Mon, 18 Mar 2013Ryan Villopoto continues to be in championship form, taking his third consecutive victory and sixth of the season with a win at Lucas Oil Stadium for the Indianapolis round of the 2013 AMA Supercross Championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider had a calculated, methodical race to take the win and expand his championship lead to nine points ahead of Davi Millsaps. Millsaps took the holeshot in a chaotic start to the main event that saw several riders go down at the opening corner.
