Kawasaki Other description

AN ORIGINAL 1976 KD100 MINI.  GREAT LITTLE SURVIVOR.  ITS PRETTY FAST FOR A MINI.  STARTS RIGHT UP AND RUNS GREAT.  I WOULD SAY BIKE IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION FOR ITS AGE. THIS BIKE HAS NOT BEEN SITTING AROUND SO IT HAS TYPICALL WEAR IN TEAR FOR A 40 YEAR OLD BIKE.   SOME PITTING ON THE FORKS, SCRATCHES ON TANK AND SEAT IS STARTING TO SHOW ITS AGE. I HAVEN'T DONE ANY WORK OR MODIFICATIONS TO THIS BIKE OTHER THAN ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. . IM SECOND OWNER.    THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN SEE THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN REPLACED IS THE PITCOCK.  BIKE DOES NOT COME WITH ANY WARRANTY.  WILL BE SOLD AS-IS.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR WANT TO SEE THE BIKE BEFOR BIDDING JUST ASK.  DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 48 HRS AND FULL PAYMENT IS DUE ON PICKUP.  CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK.  BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKUP OR SHIPPING ARRANGMENTS.      THANKS

Simon and Leo

Thu, 11 Aug 2011

If you are a track day regular this year, you may well have bumped into former racer and friendly Kiwi, Simon Crafar. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.
