I have built 7 custom motorcycles last year and I have some OEM parts off of 1976-1980 Kawasaki KZ650' and some KZ1000 and KZ900 Parts, All parts are pre-owned but are in usable condition, call me if you need any replacement parts. Need to locate a part, let me know I can help.. Want a Cafe Racer built, I do that also. Just got a 1977 KZ1000 in the shop that has a lot of good pieces. Mon, 07 May 2012Ryan Dungey scored his fourth win of the season but it was not enough to take second place in the points race behind champion Ryan Villopoto. That honor went to JGRMX Yamaha‘s Davi Millsaps who placed second to Dungey in the season-ending race at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. Dungey took the holeshot and led every lap to take the win for Red Bull KTM.
A Weighty Issue
Mon, 03 Nov 2008For as long as I can remember, motorcycle manufacturers have been playing fast and loose with regard to what they claim for the weight of their bikes. The “dry weights” they foisted upon us had little basis in reality. The “dry” part of that claim meant that listed weights on a spec chart were the result of all fluids being MIA from the bike, including necessities like engine oil, coolant and fork fluid (not to mention fuel), but even that didn’t fully explain the overly optimistic specs.
