1971 Kawasaki H1. This is an unrestored survivor bike. They're only original once and this once has been taken care of. I was told the original owner of this bike rode it in the Road America Race back in the day, but don't have any documentation. Original paint shines and looks great for a 45 year old bike. No dents anywhere. The pipes are solid but have some staining (mainly on the left pipe). Chrome on the rims, forks, headlight is all nice. Seat has a few stains but no rips I can see. The bike starts and runs but could use tuning (bogs off of choke). Pickup is Merrillville, Indiana 46410. I will ship, but shipping must be paid and arranged by buyer. Fri, 15 Feb 2013You may remember last fall’s release of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R was accompanied by a mind-blowing short video commercial of a rider screaming around the 37.33-mile Isle of Man TT course aboard the new 636 Ninja. Now, Team Green has just released a “Making Of” video about the production of that video, featuring TT star James Hillier. This behind-the-scenes short film shows the crew capturing Hillier as he passes within millimeters of the camera. You’ll see the camera-equipped pursuit bike racing side-by-side with Hillier, as well as the aerial heli-cam.
AMA Pro SuperBike Heads To Road America For Round 2 Of AMA Pro Road Racing
Fri, 30 May 2014The 2014 AMA Pro Road Racing season resumes this weekend with the Subway SuperBike Doubleheader at Road America, in Elkhart Lake, Wis., and all eyes will be on 21-year-old AMA Pro SuperBike rookie Cameron Beaubier on the No. 2 Monster Energy Graves Yamaha YZF-R1. Beaubier may be the new kid on the block, but he entered the season opener at Daytona International Speedway with high expectations.
Kawasaki May Soon Reveal Naked Ninja 250 for Asia
Tue, 15 Jan 2013Kawasaki will unveil a new naked version of the Ninja 250 this month, reports TMCBlog.com. The Malaysian Indonesian blog first published a sketch back in October of a new motorcycle believed to be a new model based on the Ninjette to be called either the ER250 or the Z250. TMCBlog.com now reports Kawasaki will be announced before the end of January, quoting Freddyanto Basuki, marketing manager of Kawasaki Motor Indonesia.
