Kawasaki Ninja description

So I have finally decided to sell my baby.
Here are all the fun details:

She runs very smoothly and quickly. She's an amazing bike and sounds beautiful

Brand new chain.
Brand new front tire.
Brand new rear tire.
Beautiful color.
Dual Brother's Exhaust System
Power Commander III (Tuned, set by Dual Brothers Company)
She's geared to accelerate much quicker- higher end speed a bit reduced. This also affects the mileage on the bike, showing it slightly higher, so the actual mileage of the bike is in the ballpark of 15-18k.

She's been garage-kept and covered at all times.
The bike is in great shape, easily a 9/10. The bike did tip over once in the driveway and there are hardly any signs of this as I had frame sliders installed prior to the event (in the pictures you'll notice a faint scratch on the end of the frame slider, front brake lever, and bar end).
The console (I have no idea why, that was from the previous owner), , has a few faint scratches which I also show in the picture(s).

Clean title in hand. Please visit this page for high quality pictures.

Kawasaki Celebrates 40th Anniversary of Z1

Mon, 16 Apr 2012

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the ground-breaking Kawasaki Z1 which made its public debut in 1972, becoming what many would regard as the world’s first superbike. Kawasaki’s first large-capacity four-stroke multi-cylinder motorcycle took center stage at the 1972  IFMA, the precursor to the INTERMOT show in Cologne, Germany. Together with the Honda CB750, the Kawasaki Z1 helped spearhead the popularity of the Japanese Inline-Four.

AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days A Rousing Success

Mon, 29 Jul 2013

AMA members and motorcyclists from across the country celebrated the people, machines and sport of motorcycling at AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, featuring the riders and champions of Husqvarna, over the July 19-21 weekend. The annual gathering of tens of thousands of motorcycling enthusiasts participated in vintage racing, took in numerous bike shows, met their motorcycling heroes, purchased vintage parts and motorcycles in the massive swap meet, spent time with old friends, and met new ones, all at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. The AMA and the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation, which oversees the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame, extend their appreciation to AMA members, racers, enthusiasts, collectors, restorers, fans, clubs, companies and others who supported the three-day celebration of motorcycling’s history and heroes.

Tested: Maxxis Supermaxx Diamond

Fri, 23 Sep 2011

Well Maxxis were bang on with their mileage claims, 6500 miles on the rear and it looks as though there is another 1000. Not bad at all for a set of tyres that cost less than £200. Having lived with the Supermaxx’s Diamonds over the past few months the best thing about these tyres is the mileage range they offer vs cost.
