I am selling this 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250. I bought the bike a couple months ago to learn how to ride, but I have decided riding isn't really for me. The bike has about 6900 miles on it and is in very good condition. Miles will slowly rise until I sell it. The previous owner informed me that he dropped the bike on it's right side while at a stand still. The damage is minimal and barely noticeable. The damage does not affect the performance of the bike in any way and pictures are included. This is the perfect beginner bike for learning to ride, or if you are just looking for something that gets incredible gas mileage. I have been averaging between 55 and 60 mpg and it always puts a smile on your face filling it up for $7. Accessories are included and consist of Scorpion helmet, extra face-shield, rain/snow cover, and gloves (All about a month old) . Title is clean and in my possession. US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
Isle of Man TT 2014: Bikenation Lightweight TT Results
Fri, 06 Jun 2014Dean Harrison won his first Isle of Man TT race, taking the three-lap Bikenation Lightweight TT by 14.6 seconds. Harrison took the lead early, having the fastest time through Glen Helen ahead of last year’s Lightweight TT winner James Hillier by about half a second. Harrison stretched the lead to 9.7 seconds by the end of the first lap.
Isle of Man TT 2014: Sure Sidecar 1 Results
Mon, 02 Jun 2014It was a long time coming, but sidecar racer Conrad Harrison can add one accomplishment to his resume: Isle of Man TT winner. Harrison, along with passenger Mike Aylott won the first of two Sure Sidecar TT races. The win was the first for Harrison since he made his Isle of Man TT debut 21 years ago in 1993.
