Kawasaki Ninja tech info
Kawasaki Ninja description
Bike is in excellent condition. I have greatly enjoyed riding it nearly daily. The bike has been maintained according to schedule and has zero issues. The tires each have about 1,000 miles.
The rear fender has been eliminatedand the front windscreen is a Puig. The exhaust is a full Delkevic system, paired with K&N air filter and Power Commander V, which has been shop tuned. The bike has a nice growl and rides stronger/better than new. I'm moving to a less hospitable riding climate and can't take it with me. The bike will come with front and rear wheel stands, waterproof cover, and thestock exhaust system. Buyer is responsible for arranging pick up in Austin, TX. Bike is sold "as-is" with no warranty either express or implied. The $500 holding deposit is non-refundable. Complete payment must be made within 7 days of auction closing. |

This is a strange time to release such a bike since the British motorsports site Autosport.com recently reported that the Japanese manufacturer will announce its withdrawal from MotoGP racing on Jan.
Geeky snippets ahead of the Phillip Island MotoGP
Tue, 13 Oct 2009Valentino Rossi has finished on the podium eleven times in his twelve visits to Phillip Island across all three GP classes. The only race at Phillip Island that he did not finish in the top three was on his first visit riding a 125cc machine in 1997 when he finished sixth. In 1998 and 1999 he won the 250cc races and since then has had nine podiums in the premier-class including five victories, the last of which was in 2005.
Anthony West Can’t Afford to Pay to Race MotoGP, Mulls Retirement
Fri, 27 Jan 2012The 2012 MotoGP season is still months away and the world championship has already lost an entry, as veteran Anthony West announced his withdrawal from the series because he cannot afford to compete. The 30-year-old Australian racer was included on the provisional 2012 MotoGP entry list to compete for the Speed Master team on an Aprilia CRT machine. But with the official pre-season test at Sepang, Malaysia, coming up next week, West says he will not race because teams are asking riders to pay too much to race for them.
