We all like to save a shilling if we can, especially these days, but sometimes, doing a job yourself, cutting corners and generally grubbing round being tight fisted actually ends up costing you more money than biting the bullet and putting your hand a bit deeper into your pocket to get a proper job done. Behind The Scenes: The Making Of the Ninja ZX-6R vs The Isle of Man Video

You may remember last fall’s release of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R was accompanied by a mind-blowing short video commercial of a rider screaming around the 37.33-mile Isle of Man TT course aboard the new 636 Ninja. Now, Team Green has just released a “Making Of” video about the production of that video, featuring TT star James Hillier.  This behind-the-scenes short film shows the crew capturing Hillier as he passes within millimeters of the camera. You’ll see the camera-equipped pursuit bike racing side-by-side with Hillier, as well as the aerial heli-cam.

Kawasaki Elektrode Electric Balance Bike Designs Leak Ahead of Reveal

Full details will be revealed June 7 Last week, Kawasaki dropped a teaser for a new electric two-wheeler, and we uncovered evidence that the teaser is for an electric balance bike called the Elektrode. Kawasaki is set to reveal the Elektrode on June 7 alongside some side-by-side models, but we’ve already got an idea what the balance bike will look like. Japan’s intellectual property office has published designs for a balance bike from Kawasaki, and though it doesn’t say it outright, the designs we can only assume will be for the Elektrode.
