Packing a liquid-cooled 16-valve inline-four (the first ever in a middleweight streetbike), wraparound twin-spar frame, anti-dive fork and aesthetics snatched right from the Grand Prix circuit, the original ZX600-A1 was a dominant, bigger-than-life middleweight. With the injured Ryan Villopoto already crowned the 2012 AMA Supercross Champion, the win put Dungey back in contention for second overall. The Red Bull KTM last tasted victory Feb.

The win was Webb’s second after taking the first round victory in Las Vegas and puts him and his Beta two-stroke 300 into the points lead. The race fans in attendance at the Energy Solutions Arena saw a night go almost perfectly for GEICO-supported Webb.
